Guitarist Andy Metcalfe has been a musician since 1982 playing both live and in the studio for a wide variety of artists, including session work for Carlton TV, MTV. Add to that appearances with Faithless, The Platters, Hubtone, US drummer Jim Chapin and local hip hop artist Juga-Naut.
Part 2 of this trio is Andy Tytherleigh, a professional upright & electric bass player. He’s been a full time musician for over 20 years and has recorded over 30 albums during that time ranging from jazz to folk to electronica. He’s worked with a vast array of artists including Grammy Nominated Zoe Johnston. A stalwart of the UK jazz scene, Andy Tytherleigh is called upon by a massive range of bands, to provide the low end, with backgrounds in Classical, Jazz, House Music, Orchestration and Playwriting .
Holding it all down is drummer Jon Richmond. Canadian-born, but now based in Lincolnshire, we first met Jon, when he played with Organik Trio. He plays in various bands on the circuit and also is a music educator, with Lincolnshire Music Service. Jon has a sublime touch, equally as at home playing a ballad as he is a breakbeat.

Holding it all down is drummer Si Potts. A long-standing (or is that long suffering) member of Stray’s house band P.R.S. Si has played with them all – Jamie Cullum, Stacey Kent, Mat Short (ok, skip that last one) and spent his formative musical years playing in bands up and down the length of the country, as well as a stint as a session drummer at BBC Maida Vale studios. Since having a proper job, Si has reduced his workload and now gigs just two or three times a week!
