While we’ve had this unusual amount of time off, Chef Warren and Lizzie have been getting their respective heads together to thrash out an additional vegan offering to include in our daytime menu.
They’re still agreeing the final menu, so if you have suggestions, please let us have them in the comments.
We will also be changing our food production processes, to allow us to ensure there is no cross contamination. So, things like using separate fryers, where we only fry non-meat products on one side and then scampi etc on the other side. Setting aside specific windows each week to produce solely vegan and gluten-free products.
