We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Stray’s. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for keeping the team performing at their best, ensuring top-tier customer service, and driving sales through upselling.
Key responsibilities include:
✔ Opening and closing duties
✔ Cash handling & bar logs
✔ Overseeing service and team performance
✔ Creating a welcoming environment for customers
We’ve been serving great coffee, good food, and live jazz in Newark since 2003, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
⏰ Availability: Weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
