Sunday ‘Live’ with Fiona Stein

Fiona Stein has been providing sassy jazz Another performances at Stray’s since 2010. Originally singing with guitar duo Double Take, the Sunday ‘Live’ sessions see her in a more relaxed setting, singing songs from her favourite artists.

Expect jazz standards from Ella & Billie, bluesy tunes made famous by artists like Etta James and Aretha, as well as Amy Winehouse and more.

Pitch perfect vocalists are rare – even more so, those who can play piano and violin, so Fiona is a true all rounder, with virtuosic ability.

Joining Fiona, straight from their Live Lounge performance as Hubtone, is music producer and bass player Andy Tytherleigh. A stalwart of the UK jazz scene, Andy is called upon by a massive range of bands, to provide the low end.

With backgrounds in Classical, Jazz, House Music, Orchestration and Playwriting this pair produce some of the finest jazz you can experience and they’re with us for several dates this year. We definitely recommend reserving a table if you want to be jazz-side for this date.
