What happens when you get a young jazz guitarist, a middle aged drummer and an old bassist?

A whole load of fun!

Josh Walter (guitar) is the musically creative front man of the outfit. Inspired by jazz, blues and funk tunes. Neil Richards (drums) acts as the conduit for the unknown. He suggests new ways of playing tunes you’ll already know, so adds a hip hop groove to an Ellington tune and so on.

And Mat Short (bass) unites the two, with harmonic and rhythmic understanding. Influenced by artists like the super cool Steely Dan, to the drum & bass classic LTJ Bukem, to the ultra creative Aaron Parks.

Their name suggests that, while they’re musicality is undisputed, the focus is on creating a fun, foot tapping experience for the listener.
